Divercity
Divercity is an award-winning architecture practice with offices in London and Athens. Founded in 2004 (Athens) by Nikolas Travasaros and Demetra Karabelia, and 2008 (London) by Nikolas Travasaros and Christina Achtypi, partners now include Dimitris Travasaros and Christos Dimitroukas. Divercity is a full service architecture and design practice with a wide-ranging portfolio of projects, from private residences to hotels, housing complexes, and commercial spaces.
Our body of work demonstrates our ability to handle challenging briefs in a variety of locations and contexts. We can offer design ideas from initial concept to custom-furnished interiors, or undertake specific elements of a project, depending on our clients’ needs. We treat every client as an individual and respect that every project is unique. Building designs are developed to be innovative, collaborative and environmentally sensitive.
With international clients including Amber Resorts & Blue Marble Hotels, Grace Hotels Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group and One Athens and projects in design and construction currently in Greece, the UK and soon in the US. Divercity has established a distinctive method to the development of contemporary architecture. We have the ability to evolve the design process by enriching the unique local characteristics and context through an international architectural language, with specific emphasis given to craftsmanship and sustainability.
Divercity was selected as a candidate for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture Mies van der Rohe Award (360° Apartment Building, 2009) and was included in the Wallpaper* Architects Directory of the world’s leading young architecture practices (2009). Other recognition includes the World Architecture Festival (360° Apartment Building, 2008) and hospitality awards such as The European Hotel Design Awards (Grace Mykonos, Hotel Design of the Year, Winner 2007, Grace Santorini and Kinsterna Hotel & Spa, Shortlisted, 2010) and The World Travel Awards (Grace Santorini, Greece’s Leading Boutique Hotel, 2009).
Projects and work have been been published in architectural books and magazines and included in exhibitions internationally.

Cyclamino
Cyclamino S.A. is a partnership between the Joannou family and Miltos Kambourides.
The Joannou family's core business is construction and concessions through J&P (Overseas) and J&P-AVAX, where Dakis Joannou is Chairman and his son Christos is an Executive Director. The family is also active in shipping, quick service restaurants, real estate, and hotels, including the Semiramis (designed by Karim Rashid), Yes! Athens (opening in summer 2011 and designed by the Campana brothers) and the Athenaeum Intercontinental. Dakis Joannou is also one of the world's foremost collectors of contemporary art.
Miltos Kambourides is the Founder of Dolphin Capital, an independent private equity firm specialising in real estate investments. Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI) is the main investment vehicle and currently the largest real estate investment company listed on AIM in terms of net assets, with a total asset base of almost €2 billion. Dolphin invests in early-stage, leisure-integrated residential resorts in 6 countries, and its portfolio comprises 63 million m2 of development land and several resorts under development in partnership with world-class designers and operators’’
